LANDING PAGE DESIGN SYSTEM

The development of a comprehensive landing page design system for Virgin Game represents a significant milestone in my career. By establishing a unified visual language and reusable components, I streamlined the design process, fostered brand consistency, and enhanced the overall user experience across multiple touchpoints.

Problem Statement

- Time-Consuming Design Process: Without standardized design components and templates, the creation of new landing pages was a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. Designers were often required to start from scratch, leading to inefficiencies and delays in delivering new content and promotions to users.
- Limited Scalability: As Virgin Game continued to grow its offerings and expand into new markets, the lack of a scalable design system posed challenges in maintaining brand consistency and accommodating diverse user needs. Without a standardized framework in place, the company risked diluting its brand identity and compromising the effectiveness of its digital presence.
- Fragmented Collaboration: The absence of a centralized design system hindered collaboration and communication among designers, developers, and other stakeholders involved in the creation and maintenance of landing pages. This fragmented approach resulted in misaligned expectations, duplicated efforts, and missed opportunities for synergy and innovation.

The landing page design system encompasses a diverse array of components, including typography, color palettes, icons, buttons, forms, and navigation elements. Each component is meticulously crafted to align with Virgin Game's brand identity while prioritizing usability and accessibility.

Rebrand Campaign - PPC CRO

We are embarking on a rebranding campaign for our PPC CRO landing page to enhance user engagement, optimize conversion rates, and revitalize our brand image in the digital space. This project aims to create a compelling and seamless user experience that drives meaningful interactions and encourages conversions.

3D ON-SITE BANNER

In addition to designing landing pages, I've also had the opportunity to explore innovative approaches to digital advertising through the creation of 3D onsite banners for Virgin Game. These dynamic banners offer a unique and engaging way to capture users' attention and drive interaction, further reinforcing Virgin Game's brand presence and marketing effectiveness.

We feature a visual representation of the Brand Concept: The Place to be. We place a realistic 3D object in the foreground which heavily features the colour red in it, to bring the Brand identity across in a clear way.
Process of Making 3D Banner

The process of creating the 3D onsite banner for Virgin Game involved a collaborative and iterative approach that integrated stakeholder input, creative design techniques, and technical expertise to deliver a compelling and effective advertising solution. By following a structured process and leveraging the capabilities of Blender and Photoshop.
The branding guide for virgin game contains a library of materials and partial assets that have been created, we need to keep the materials and visuals consistent.

In addition to designing the 3D onsite banner for Virgin Game, I also created interactive promotion prototypes using Figma to further engage with stakeholders and developers. These prototypes serve as dynamic representations of promotional campaigns, allowing stakeholders to visualize the user experience and developers to understand the technical implementation requirements. By leveraging Figma's collaborative features and interactive components, I was able to simulate user interactions, such as clicking buttons or filling out forms, to demonstrate how players can interact with the promotion to unlock exclusive offers.

OTHER WORK

I've had the opportunity to design a variety of assets and experiences that are rooted in understanding and optimizing user journeys for Virgin Game. These designs encompass a range of touchpoints, including front-end social media image assets, landing pages, and email banners, all carefully crafted to guide users through their interaction with the Virgin Game brand and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Perfomance

During the Lunar New Year, I spearheaded the creation of interactive social media animations, encouraging player engagement. Leveraging Facebook as our platform, we achieved over 25k views, garnered 700+ comments and engagements, and saw a 10% increase in platform registration rates. This initiative attracted a substantial player base and earned recognition from stakeholders, marking a departure from the company's traditional static posts.
